Privacy notice · last updated 11 August 2026
Your information is used with restraint.
This notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit the pre-launch Krom Nexus website or choose to contact us.
Controller
Aureliu Budai, operating the pre-launch trade name Krom Nexus from Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@kromnexus.be or +32 497 87 66 08. The registered business identity and establishment address will be added when registration is complete.
Website form
The project form does not send data to a Krom Nexus website database. After you press the button, it opens your own email application with the entered information. Data is transmitted only if you choose to send that email through your email provider.
Information received
If you contact Krom Nexus by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details, company, project type, indicative budget, message, communication history and any documents or information you voluntarily provide. Please do not send special-category or unnecessary sensitive data.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to answer your request, discuss feasibility and prepare a requested non-binding proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, legitimate interests in managing genuine correspondence and preventing abuse. If a contract is later concluded, data may also be processed to perform it and meet legal accounting or tax obligations.
Recipients
Personal data is not sold. It may be handled only by service providers needed for communications, secure hosting, administration or professional advice, subject to appropriate safeguards. Email and WhatsApp are separate services with their own privacy terms; you choose whether to use them.
International transfers
Some communications or infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses. Contact us if you need information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive pre-contract enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is reasonably needed for a dispute, security issue or legal claim. Contract, invoice and accounting records will be kept for the period required by Belgian law once commercial activity begins.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Send a request to info@kromnexus.be. Identity may be verified where reasonably necessary, and a response will normally be provided within one month.
Complaints
Please contact info@kromnexus.be first so the issue can be addressed. You also have the right to complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Browser storage
The website currently uses only first-party browser storage for language and the saved privacy notice choice. No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracker is active. Exact names, purposes and durations are listed in the Cookie Policy, and settings can be reopened from the website footer.
Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet communication can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice will be updated when the legal business registration, processing activities or providers materially change.
