Clear terms for a pre-launch website.

These terms govern use of this website and its enquiry channels. They do not replace the written proposal and contract required for a future client project.

1. Current status

Krom Nexus is a pre-launch trade name operated by Aureliu Budai in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Registration as a Belgian sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) is in progress. No enterprise or VAT number is presented because registration has not yet been completed. Commercial services will only be supplied after the registrations required by Belgian law are in place.

3. Website use only

This website provides information and allows visitors to make a non-binding enquiry. Submitting the form, sending an email, calling or using WhatsApp does not place an order, accept an offer, create a service contract or require payment. The form opens the visitor’s own email application; it does not submit information to a website database.

4. Future projects

A client project may begin only after both parties accept a separate written proposal or agreement. That document will identify the legally registered provider, scope, deliverables, total price and applicable taxes, payment schedule, timing, client responsibilities, intellectual-property treatment, support and any project-specific terms. If that document conflicts with general website information, the signed or expressly accepted project document prevails.

5. Indicative pricing

Prices displayed on the website are non-binding, pre-launch starting indications in euros. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A future consumer quotation will show the total payable price, including applicable taxes and charges, before a contract is concluded. Business quotations will state the applicable VAT treatment and payment schedule.

6. Consumers

Krom Nexus may in future serve both businesses and consumers. Nothing in these website terms limits mandatory Belgian or EU consumer rights. Before any distance contract with a consumer, the legally required pre-contract information—including identity, total price, performance arrangements, complaint handling and any applicable withdrawal right—will be provided clearly. Work requested during a withdrawal period will only begin after any legally required express request and acknowledgement.

7. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and contact Krom Nexus for genuine enquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the website; submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful material; impersonate another person; harvest information; or use website content in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Krom Nexus name, visual identity, layout, copy and original website materials are controlled by the operator or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission. Client-project ownership will be defined only in the applicable written project agreement.

9. External links

Links to third-party websites and showcased projects are provided for information and verification. Those services control their own content, availability and privacy practices. Krom Nexus is not responsible for later third-party changes or for a visitor’s decision to use an external service.

10. Website availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate and the site secure and available. Pre-launch information may change and the website is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Liability cannot be excluded where Belgian law does not permit exclusion, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or other mandatory rights.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Browser storage and tracking information is described in the Cookie Policy. No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technology is currently active.

12. Law and changes

These website terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
